This list is provided to help you identify and browse sets of Learning Designs with common characteristics in terms of a major 'learning focus'.

Though the focus groupings are neither exclusive nor formally defined, each exemplar has been classified under one only. This classification is, however, by no means absolute: many of the exemplars have strong elements drawn from the general characterisics you will discern in several learning focuses.

Project/Case Study Focus
  The emphasis of the learning design is to create a product or artefact. The "learning by doing" process may be supported by case materials from which the learner can distil/abstract lessons learnt to apply in a new project situation.
